
My 2019 Resolutions
Happy New Year Everyone!! I hope everyone had an amazing nye, whether that was you in bed by 9 pm or out chugging a glass of champagne at the countdown.
This year is a blank canvas for us to create the year we want!! I don’t usually make resolutions but this year I’ve decided to make just a few so I can make sure I can commit to them.

My 2019 Resolutions ARE….
- Be kinder to myself: Being a blogger & working in the world of influencing/social media, you can’t help but compare yourself to the thousands of other faces you see on your phone screen. I’m going to spend less time comparing, more appreciating, & truly being kinder to myself. Because there is only ONE of me & that is my power.
- Eat right: I’ve already gotten a head start on this but my goal is to take nutrition much more seriously this year. Eat right, feel right! Taking my supplements everyday & being more conscious about how much water I’m drinking! Staying hydrated!
- Exercise: Eating right flows right into exercising!! They go hand in hand. My goal is to at least work out 3 times a week, to keep my body active & full of energy. I’ve noticed when I skip my work outs, the more lazy I feel that week.
- Youtube: My goal is to create more video content this year! I enjoy doing it but I always put it off. My goal is to create a couple videos a month, answering all the questions I get about beauty & hair, AND to vlog while I am traveling!

I’ve only set 4 this year to make sure I have the opportunity to meet them all. Don’t overwhelm yourself with too many goals. Start with a few & once you see yourself making some progress feel free to add a few more halfway into the year!
